### Our 90-day money-back guarantee
Try Gut Magic for 90 days. If you or your cat aren't happy for any reason, including if your cat won't eat it, we'll refund your order. Keep the pouch.


**How it works**
- **90 days from delivery.** The window starts the day your order is delivered.
- **The whole order.** The guarantee covers your full purchase, including 3-month and 6-month supplies, whether the packets are opened or not.
- **No return needed.** Don't send anything back. Keep or share what's left.
- **Just email us.** Write to **parker@pumpkins.pet** with your order number. You don't need photos and we won't ask questions.
- **One per household.** The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer or household.
- **Free gifts are yours.** Any free gifts included with your order don't need to be returned.


### Refund timing
Once we approve your refund (usually within 1–2 business days of your email), we send it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5–10 business days to post it. Shipping was free, so there are no shipping charges to deduct.


### Damaged, lost or wrong items
If your package arrives damaged, has the wrong item, or never arrives, we'll send a replacement at no cost. See our Shipping Policy for how to report it.


### Returns
Because Gut Magic is a food product, we don't accept returns of opened or unopened product, and you never need to send product back to get your guarantee refund.
